Registration
Candidates complete their registration via the app and DRS automatically checks their details. The system generates a candidate profile which will be matched to suitable vacancies within the area.
Easy to use
I was a bit apprehensive at first but all the drivers recommended it; it was so easy to access the different sections and the document upload was much easier than I thought, as was registration, which was quick and straight forward. I really liked the preference bit, which means I only get vacancies that suit me.
Vacancies
Candidates can use the app to accept, or decline shifts, which is integrated into the live planning feature. The system will only suggest compliant, suitable and available candidates.
Simple interaction
I need a lot of flexibility with my work, so having shift options sent to me on a regular basis is ideal, I can choose what’s convenient for me and it’s continuous each week, I’m not spending time on the phone with the agency and I can even block out holidays – love it

Bookings
Candidates submit their hours (start/finish, break, PoAs) which is updated into the system. Details are integrated with both the compliance and payslip features, providing a seamless process.
Saves time
I find the Employ driver app very easy to use when submitting shift hours, booking availability and holidays. It saves time and is far simpler than texting or phoning my hours or availability to the office. For those who haven’t tried it yet, give it a go.
Branding
You can integrate your own branding to create your own candidate app to send mass vacancies or specific messages, you can also store news and other company information. The app is downloadable by candidates on Apple or Android.
Communication
Nearly everyone today communicates via their mobile phone, checking it constantly, which is why a mobile app has become an essential business tool. Content can be easily managed internally with regular news updates.
